Disney Volleyball Showcase features:

ELIGIBILITY:
The athlete's playing age is determined by the following USA Volleyball guidelines for 2012/2013.
This is a USA Volleyball sanctioned event. All teams must be members in good standing of a club recognized as a Club Member of USA Volleyball at time of application. All participating players and coaches must also be registered members of USA Volleyball. A player must be a USA Volleyball member in good standing and identify their USA Volleyball club affiliation to be eligible to participate with that club in any USA Volleyball event or USA Volleyball sanctioned event. All coaches listed on the roster must have Basic Coach Memberships, in accordance with USA Volleyball guidelines. Please note, memberships will be verified on the team application and team rosters. - Walt Disney World® THEME PARK TICKETS - Specially priced Walt Disney World® Theme Park tickets are available to participants and spectators of this event. Please call Anthony Travel at (866) 913-7166 or the Anthony Travel website.

- TEAM ROSTER - Teams are required to submit an online roster to USA Volleyball. Roster limits are 15 athletes and 5 staff members. Rosters missing any USA Volleyball membership numbers will be viewed as incomplete and therefore discarded.

GAME SCHEDULE (March 15, 2013) - The preliminary game schedule will be posted on the 2013 Disney Volleyball Showcase site. A final schedule will be available at Coaches Registration and will also be available through AES to view online.
ON-SITE EVENT REGISTRATION (March 21, 2013) - One rostered coach is required to attend registration between 4pm and 9pm at ESPN Wide World of Sport Complex. Upon arrival, signs will direct you to the exact location. The team representative will verify rosters, waivers and receive the team's credentials for admission to the sports complex for the duration of the event.

These new options are a great way to ensure your team meals are quick and easy!
- Breakfast meal voucher - $10 per person per meal
- Lunch/Dinner meal voucher - $16 per person per meal
Breakfast includes a choice of ONE (1) non-alcoholic beverage and ONE (1) breakfast platter or bakery item/side dish. Lunch or Dinner includes a choice of ONE (1) of the following: One (1) combo meal (entrée, side dish and single serving non-alcoholic beverage) and one (1) dessert OR One (1) entrée, one (1) side dish (if not included in entrée), one (1) dessert and one (1) single-serving non-alcoholic beverage at participating locations.

Teams have the option to place catering orders in advance of their trip for quick, easy and well balanced boxed meals, bulk beverages, and/or snacks. The convenience of having your meals planned in advance will save on time and stress.

Complex Admission
All spectators are required to purchase admission into EPSN Wide World of Sports Complex for either an individual daily admission or a length-of-event (LOE) pass that is valid for all days of the team's stay. LOE and daily admission tickets are non-refundable/non-exchangeable, regardless of number of days your team competes.
- Daily admission: $16.00 (ages 10 & older) $11.00 (ages 3-9)
- LOE admission*: $32.00 (ages 10 & older) $22.00 (ages 3-9)
- There is no charge for children under age 3

Transportation
Available to Guests staying at any Walt Disney World® Resort hotel is Disney's Magical Express, which provides transportation to and from Orlando International Airport to your resort. Complimentary transportation throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including transportation to and from Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Walt Disney World® Water Parks, is also available to Guests of Walt Disney World® Resort hotels.
A full service sports travel agency, Anthony Travel can also assist your team with travel to and from Orlando and discounted car/van rentals.
On Site Event Check In
One rostered coach is required to attend registration between 4pm and 9pm located inside the Jostens Center at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Upon arrival, signs will direct you to the exact location. The team representative will verify rosters, waivers, and receive the team's credentials for admission to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for the duration of the event.

Waiver
Teams are required to submit all of their signed waivers when checking in on-site at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Please do not mail and/or fax waivers in advance.

- Before distributing these forms, the coach should print the Team Name and Division in the "Event Information" section on the form.
- Photocopy the number of forms you require.
- Rosters are limited to 15 athletes and 5 staff members. All athletes and coaches are required to submit a signed waiver.
- All minors (under age 18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the "Release and Indemnity" section.
- The Coach is responsible for photocopying, distributing, collecting, and returning all waivers.
Please make sure to make copies of all waivers before submitting, and bring them to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on the day of Team Registration. Do not mail or fax in advance.

General FAQs
Will there be college coaches at the Disney Volleyball Showcase?
Yes. There will be college coaches from multiple colleges and universities in attendance throughout the tournament. To view a current list of colleges planning to attend Disney Volleyball Showcase, please visit the "College Coach Registration" tab.
What documents are required to participate?
All teams must upload a current roster to the USA Volleyball website as well as be affiliated with USA Volleyball. All players and coaches must sign waivers and turn them in at Registration to be eligible to participate at Disney Volleyball Showcase.
What if I cancel my team?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be given in full while the registration process is still open. Please note, there are no refunds after February 28, 2013. Depending on the cancellation date, you may be eligible for a refund on your travel package(s) through Anthony Travel.
What rules do you play by for this tournament?
Unless otherwise stated in the Rules section, standard USA Volleyball rules will be in effect and govern play for all divisions at Disney Volleyball Showcase.
Is there a limit of coaches and players for each team?
Yes. For this event, each team rosters are limited to 15 athletes and 5 staff members. Rosters missing any USA Volleyball membership numbers will be viewed as incomplete and therefore discarded.
Where do I get players and coach's credentials?
Players and coaches will be issued credentials for entrance into the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex at the team check in. All players and coaches must sign a waiver before they will be issued a credential.
When and how will I be notified of my schedule?
Preliminary schedules will be released at one week prior to the tournament, and posted on disneyvolleyball.com under the "Schedule" tab. Final schedules will be available at Registration.
How late will the games be on the last day?
Please visit the "Schedule" tab for details. Please note, when scheduling Disney's Magical Express to Orlando International Airport, it's recommended to depart your hotel three hours prior to your scheduled flight. For planning purposes, please allow at least three hours between your flight departure and the end of the tournament.

ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Information
Will there be athletic trainers onsite?
During events, athletic trainers, provided by South Lake Hospital, are present at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and are able to respond to athlete injuries. Additionally, athletic trainers, provided by South Lake Hospital, may be available for preventative taping pre-event, subject to availability, at no cost, if athletes bring their own tape and pre-wrap. Taping kits may also be purchased at The ESPN Clubhouse Shop at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Taping required for the initial treatment of an injury sustained during event competition that has been handled by a South Lake Hospital athletic trainer is at no additional cost. For additional information or questions about athletic trainers at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, please call the South Lake Hospital Athletic Trainer program at (407) 938-1478.
If I play a game in the morning and at night, can I leave my team's equipment in storage at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
No. Due to the number of athletes competing at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, there will not be any storage space available. Teams are responsible for their own equipment at all times.
Where do I park for the Event?
Parking at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is complimentary. In the event ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex parking lot is filled to capacity, guests will be directed to alternate complimentary parking areas. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex will provide guests with shuttle and bus transportation to and from the alternate complimentary parking areas.
How will inclement weather affect my schedule?
Adjustments to the schedules due to inclement weather will be made by the Tournament Director if necessary. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex reserves the right to modify and/or cancel daily events in the case of severe weather.
Will shower facilities be available for my team at the conclusion of our competition on our final day at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
There are no shower or locker room facilities available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Accommodations
Who needs to make reservations through Anthony Travel?
All athletes and coaches in the "Open" Division at Disney Volleyball Showcase are required to purchase resort accommodations from Anthony Travel in accordance with the "Stay to Play" Policy. Please visit the "Hotels" tab for details.
Please note all rooming lists will be cross checked with the Disney Sports Waiver Forms to verify the total number of credentials each team receives.
Do you offer special accommodations for family and fans?
Yes! Teams are able to book their accommodations for all family and fans through Anthony Travel.
Can the Multi-Day Disney Theme Park ticket in the package be upgraded to another ticket?
Yes it can! Your Anthony Travel Representative can explain the options for upgrading and help match the tickets that best fit specific needs during the trip. Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Parks and Disney Quest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park tickets are also available.
Can I make changes to my rooming list after I have already submitted it?
Please call the assigned Anthony Travel Representative to make those changes before arrival for the tournament.
Will parents and other spectators have to pay admission into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex if their team is playing?
Yes. Parking is complimentary but all spectators are required to purchase admission into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Spectators may instead choose to purchase a Length of Event [LOE] pass that is valid for admission on all days of the tournament at a reduced price. LOE and general admission tickets are non-refundable/non-exchangeable, regardless of number of days your team competes.

Do I need to arrange transportation while I'm visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Yes. Teams will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex unless you are staying at a select Walt Disney World® Resort hotel. Contact your GET Travel Representative for details.
Transportation is available to and from Orlando International Airport with Disney's Magical Express to any Disney Resort. However, there will be NO tournament transportation to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex unless you are staying at a select Walt Disney World® Resort hotel.
As always, there are complementary Disney buses available to transport players, coaches and spectators to and from Walt Disney World® Resorts to any Walt Disney World® Theme Park and/or Water Park.
Is there food available at the complex?
Concession and Merchandise stands will be open throughout ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
