On Site Event Check In

Participants and their legal guardians are required to check in at onsite event registration between 8-9am on June 18 to hand in their Disney Sports waiver and receive their access credentials to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Upon arrival, signs will direct you to the exact location. LOE and credentials can be purchased at this location.

All participants will need to present a completed Disney Sports waiver form in order to participate in the event. Adults will need to complete a form for minors (17 yrs old and under). The form can be downloaded on www.disneysoccer.com by clicking on the Checklist under Disney Soccer Academy.

You are required to submit signed Disney Sports Waivers for each team member and coach that will be listed on your official team roster.

In exchange for the completed waivers, campers will receive their athlete credential, which gains them access to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for the duration of the week. Lost credentials cannot be replaced. Any athlete who loses their credential will have to purchase an admission ticket to the complex for the duration of camp.

Additional instructions for camper pick up/drop off locations will also be discussed at registration.

Complex Admission

Spectator admission is required at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Length-of-Event passes (LOE) allow for admission to all days (4) of the event.

Daily admission: $15.50 (ages 10 & older) $10.50 (ages 3-9)
LOE admission: $62.00 (ages 10 & older) $42.00 (ages 3-9)
There is no charge for children under age 3

Can parents stay and watch?

A: Yes. All spectators are required to purchase admission to ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Daily Admission : $15.50 Adult (ages 10+); $10.50 Child (ages 3-9)

Spectator passes are available for purchase day of at the Box Office at ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Do campers need to bring a ball?

A: Yes, campers should bring their own ball. If they do not, there will be an official camp ball they can purchase on the day.

What other equipment do campers need to bring?

A: Boots/cleats, shorts, socks, shirt, shin guards and possible wet weather options.

Do we need to bring water/drinks?

A: Water coolers and cups will be provided on the field. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted in ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Do I need to attend an onsite registration/check in?

A: Yes, there will be an onsite registration that first morning. There, all participants will need to present a completed Disney Sports waiver form in order to participate in the event. Adults will need to complete a form for minors (17 yrs old and under). The form can be downloaded on www.disneysoccer.com by clicking on the Checklist under Disney Soccer Academy.

Will there be athletic trainers onsite?

A: Athletic trainers will be available for pre/post treatment. Taping is free if athletes bring their own tape and pre-wrap. Athletes that did not bring their own taping kit and are seeking preventative taping may purchase a taping kit (one roll each of pre-wrap and tape) for $3.00. The receipt is taken to the Trainer to receive the kit and to be taped. There is no fee for taping related to injuries sustained during competition, IF the injury has been evaluated and logged at the time it occurred by the Athletic Trainer.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

A: All campers will be supervised throughout the day with various activities with the Superstars. You will not need to come and pick your child up early.

Can we take pictures with the players and get autographs?

A: Yes, there will be time designated for autographs. Please do not ask for photos or autographs while the camp is taking place.

Is special pricing available for Walt Disney World® Resorts and Theme Park tickets for participants and spectators of this event?

Will participants receive a meal during their training?

A: Yes, all athletes will receive a boxed lunch courtesy of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The meal will include a turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, fruit, and a bottle of water. Please notify us during the registration process if special dietary needs are required.
