All teams must submit an online application - apply online today!
A Soccer Sales Manager will review all applications and notify your team of its status as soon as possible.
Upon acceptance into the tournament, your team entry fee must be paid in full immediately to guarantee your spot. Entry fees are non-refundable. In the event your team must withdraw from the tournament, you must notify the tournament director in writing at least 30 days prior to the tournament date and you will be allowed to transfer your entry fee to a future event.

In the event that an Age Division Bracket does not attain an adequate number of registered teams, the Tournament Director shall notify those registered teams as soon as possible. The teams will be given the option of playing up or receiving a full refund.
Guest Player Registration
Danone Nations Cup is an event to celebrate the team and therefore is limited to existing teams or club all-star teams. Guest players from out side the club for this group will be limited to three (3). No multi-club all-star teams will be allowed.

Your information will be provided to coaches that are looking for guest players. Remember, in order to participate, all players and coaches are required to have a current USSF or their Affiliates Player/Coach Pass Card.
IMPORTANT: Due to the different rules and regulations for guest players throughout the many USYS State Associations and other National Governing Bodies (NGB) it is the responsibility of the players and coaches involved to make sure all the required forms and documents are provided to the tournament. If in doubt contact the State Associations/NGB involved.

- On Victory Way, turn right at the stoplight onto Osceola Pkwy.
- Take first right to go onto I-4 West toward Tampa - follow approximately 23 miles.
- Take Exit 41 toward Auburndale/Lakeland.
- Continue on West Polk Parkway 570 for approximately 6 miles (thru the $1.00 toll)
- Take Exit 18 to Old Dixie Highway (546).
- Take a left at the end of the ramp (Old Dixie Highway)
- Drive 1 mile and take a left on Berkley Rd.
- Drive 1.5 miles and the complex will be on the left (Lake Myrtle Dr.)
Alternate Route (No Toll)
- From Victory Way take a right onto Osceola Parkway
- Merge right onto I-4 W toward Tampa - follow for approximately 21 miles.
- Take exit 44 (DC 559) toward Polk City/Auburndale
- On the exit ramp, take a left to continue to FL-559 S - follow .8 miles
- Turn right at CR 559A & follow 1.8 miles.
- At the fork in the road, veer off left onto Berkley Road.
- Follow for 3.8 miles & turn right into the complex at Lake Myrtle Rd.

- Turn RIGHT onto Osceola Parkway East and follow for 2 miles.
- Exit RIGHT onto S.R. 417 (Greeneway-Toll Road) North (toward airport) and follow for 13 miles.
- From S.R. 417, exit Boggy Creek Road south to Austin Tindall Regional Park.
- Follow for 4 miles and the soccer Complex will be on the right.

- On Victory Way, take a right at the stoplight onto Osceola Parkway

- Go 1 mile and take the first exit at Lake Buena Vista (Exit 68).
- Continue straight through the stop light onto Vineland Ave. for 0.9 miles.
- Take a right onto Little Lake Bryan Pky and follow 0.7 miles to the stop sign.
- Take a right to go to the Cast Recreation Area.
- Continue into Mickey's Retreat, past the guard stand. The field is at the back of the parking lot

Complex Admission
Spectator admission is required for all tournament games at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Length-of-Event tournament passes (LOE) allow for admission to all days of the tournament.
