The 42nd PGA TOUR event at Walt Disney World® Resort, the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic is also the longest-running PGA TOUR event in Central Florida. Since 1971, this tournament has crowned such champions as Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, Payne Stewart and Davis Love III – and continues to attract the best players in the world.
Last year, Luke Donald – the #1-ranked player in the world at the time – won the tournament with scores of 66-71-70-64 to pick up his 2nd victory of the year and the PGA TOUR money title. He also won the European Tour money title in 2011, making him the only player to win both money titles in the same year – and securing his top ranking through the end of the season.
While the golf is sure to be great, the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic also makes for a great day of entertainment. Tee up your taste buds and sample some incredible food from the visiting convoy of food trucks. Sample lobster bisque nachos for Clawdaddy's truck, or duck sliders and barbeque pulled pork spring rolls from our own ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill truck. As you move between holes, you can catch all the big games on our jumbo tron broadcasting live golf and football on the weekend. To commemorate a great week of golf, after play concludes on Sunday, come see musical artist Jon McLaughlin performing live on the 18th green.
Come out and be a part of this incredible storybook classic.
