Who exactly needs to purchase the event packages?
Anyone wishing to participate in the exclusive workouts, training seminars and event meals will need to purchase the event package. The rooms at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort can accommodate up to (4) people but only (2) participants can stay per room. For example (1), John Doe purchases the $1,750 package and has his wife and (2) children stay in the room with him. Joe Doe will be the only one in his room allowed to participate in the event workouts and meals. Example (2) – John Doe and Jane Doe will each be participating in the event and will be sharing a room.
Do you offer any packages for family or fans (spectators)?
Yes! Specially priced theme park tickets are available for family and friends to purchase. Family and friends can also purchase tickets to the closing ceremony banquet at Epcot®, subject to availability. Cost for banquet tickets is $100 and capacity is limited to 100 non-participant guests.
What levels of fitness level do I need to be at in order to participate in the weekend?
All levels of fitness are welcome – the only requirement is that you BRING IT and come with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard and to make a commitment to change your life! You will be asked to sign a Waiver/Release prior to participation.
What type of clothing/equipment will I need to bring?
Bring plenty of workout clothes for the weekend – clothing that you will be comfortable doing high intensity fitness workouts in. You may wish to consider bringing your own water bottle and yoga mat (not required) – these will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Attire for dinners and seminar sessions is causal, but participants are encouraged to dress-up for the banquet at Epcot® if they wish.
Will shower/locker-room facilities be available at the conclusion of workouts at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Yes – showers and locker rooms will be made available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (with towels and soap) but there will also be built in time to go back to the resort to clean-up, recharge and get ready to BRING IT later in the day.
Are we allowed to bring coolers in to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Yes – but rehydration beverages will be made available throughout the weekend.
Will there be athletic trainers onsite?
During events, athletic trainers, provided by South Lake Hospital, are present at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and are able to respond to athlete injuries. Additionally, athletic trainers, provided by South Lake Hospital, may be available for preventative taping pre-event, subject to availability, at no cost, if athletes bring their own tape and pre-wrap. Taping kits may also be purchased at The ESPN Clubhouse Shop at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Taping required for the initial treatment of an injury sustained during event competition that has been handled by a South Lake Hospital athletic trainer is at no additional cost. Is transportation provided during the event?
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to Orlando International Airport (if flying in) or to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort (if driving in). Transportation will be provided to and from all function locations as part of the event itinerary during each day of the event.
What meals are provided during the weekend?
All meals will promote a healthy living life-style and will be catered by Walt Disney World® Resort renowned chefs and catering staff.
