ELIGIBILITY:

Girls U16 and U19 Divisions

The athlete's playing age is determined by the following USA Field Hockey guidelines for 2011/2012.

Age Division		Birth Year Range
Under 16 Division		Must be under 16 as of January 1, 2012
Under 19 Division		Must be under 19 as of January 1, 2012

Please Note: Five (5) players from a younger age division may play up in the next age group. Players are NOT permitted to play down an age group or appear on multiple rosters.

This is a USA Field Hockey sanctioned event. All teams must be members in good standing of a club recognized as a Club Member of USA Field Hockey at time of application. All participating players and coaches must also be registered members of USA Field Hockey. A player must be a USA Field Hockey member in good standing and identify their USA Field Hockey club affiliation to be eligible to participate with that club in any USA Field Hockey event or USA Field Hockey sanctioned event. All coaches listed on the roster must have Basic Coach Memberships, in accordance with USA Field Hockey guidelines. Please note, memberships will be verified on the team application and team rosters. Guest Player Eligibility to participate in USA Field Hockey Events:

• Clubs may have up to three guest players per tournament per team.
• Guest players are members of the club they are affiliated with and are not considered members of the club they are participating with as a guest player.
• The guest player must be a USA Field Hockey player member in good standing.
• Guest players must be included on the official roster submitted at the start of the event. Guest players may not switch teams after the start of the tournament. The start of the tournament is when the first game begins; not when a particular team plays its first game.

How to enter the Guest Player Pool:

• Players individually register for the event by clicking HERE and signing up as a new player
• Under Player Information, for the Player ID#, please use your USA Field Hockey ID

There is no fee to register as a guest player. Also, there is no guarantee that athletes who register for the guest player pool will be picked up by a team.

Teams are able to view/acquire registered guest players through their team account page, after the team has been accepted. Once logged in to your team account page, click on Disney Field Hockey Showcase 2012, in the tournament box, and you will see the 'Guest' tab at the top of the screen. Click on the tab to access the pool of individual player's and their information.

It is the responsibility of the team and selected guest player(s) to discuss in advance the opportunity of playing together the Disney Field Hockey Showcase.

Please note, per USA Field Hockey Rules, only three (3) guest players per team will be allowed at Disney Field Hockey Showcase.

• DISNEY SPORTS WAIVER FORMS - You are required to submit a signed Disney Sports waiver for all rostered athletes and coaches.

Rosters missing any USFHA membership numbers will be viewed as incomplete and therefore discarded. GAME SCHEDULE (JANUARY 20TH, 2012) - The preliminary game schedule will be posted on disneyfieldhockeyshowcase.com. A final schedule will be available at Coaches Registration on Wednesday, February 8th.

Spectator admission is required for all tournament games at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Length-of-Event (LOE) tickets allow for admission to all days of the tournament.
