The positions within the Sales Management team have a focus around but not limited to the observations of the dynamics of choosing appropriate events for ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex by determining the value of these events as well as the selection of participants - from teams to individuals - that will participate in the events held at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
The positions within the Event Management team have a focus on the event execution from schedules to planning and preparation for the events held at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
The team members proactively develop marketing campaigns and technology and Internet initiatives that support Sports & Recreation.
For the Operations team, a position could focus around logistics, engineering services, setup and changeover and labor management.

From the concession stands open during the event to the restaurants throughout Sports & Recreation a position with the food and beverage team is a critical component to the success of our business.
The Business Affairs team supports the Sales and Event Management team with contract services related to the events being proposed for ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
The Human Resources team supports Disney Sports & Recreation with all Cast related needs from Cast Communications to Employee Relations.
The Housing and Registration team supports Disney Sports & Recreation with the booking of venues and hotels as well as registering participants for the events held at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
